Miriam Bar-El
Interior Designer
& Founder of Studio Bar-El
I am an Interior Designer with a Master's degree in Interior Architecture and professional experience in New York, Chicago and Berlin.
My work spans residential and workplace interiors, with a focus on creating spaces that respond to the people who use them. I believe that successful interiors balance thoughtful spatial planning, functionality and atmosphere, bringing together practical needs and a distinctive design identity.
My Approach
Every project begins with understanding the space, its potential and the people behind it.

From rethinking layouts to selecting materials, furniture and lighting, I approach design as a balance of creative exploration and practical problem-solving.
I am particularly interested in how considered design decisions can transform the way a space feels and functions.

Experience & Process
My international experience has shaped an adaptable approach to design, combining conceptual thinking with an understanding of different environments, scales and requirements.
Alongside traditional design methods, I explore emerging digital tools and AI-assisted workflows for concept development, visualisation and communicating design ideas.
Let's work together
